These Terms of Service govern your use of EA Spotless Rides' services. By booking or receiving services, you agree to these terms.
Services
EA Spotless Rides provides mobile detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, pressure washing, boat and RV detailing, golf cart detailing, and related services at your location. All services are by appointment only.
Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments must be booked in advance online at easpotlessrides.com or by calling/texting (469) 545-0426.
- Vehicles must be accessible, unlocked, and ready at the scheduled time.
- Personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to interior services.
- For boat and RV services, the vehicle must be accessible at the agreed location.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- EA Spotless Rides reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- A $25 late fee will be applied to any invoice not paid within 15 days, plus 1.5% per month on any remaining unpaid balance.
- Prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at booking or before service begins.
- Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, biohazards, or conditions requiring extra work. These will be discussed before work begins.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to address your concern. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Liability
- EA Spotless Rides is not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or paint defects.
- We are not responsible for unsecured or forgotten personal items left in the vehicle.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing mechanical issues or vehicle defects.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
Service Limitations
EA Spotless Rides does not perform bodywork, paint correction, mechanical repairs, or any service not explicitly offered. If you are unsure whether a service is available, please contact us before booking.
Returned Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, or returned for any reason, a $35 returned payment fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. EA Spotless Rides reserves the right to require payment via an alternative method for any future services.
Travel & Service Area
EA Spotless Rides primarily serves Collin County, TX and surrounding areas. Services outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be communicated prior to booking confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside of our operating area.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Appointments rescheduled more than twice by the same customer may be subject to a rescheduling fee or treated as a cancellation.
- EA Spotless Rides will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Spotless Ride Program — Recurring Service Terms
- The Spotless Ride Program is a recurring service agreement based on the frequency and vehicle type selected at enrollment.
- Members may cancel their recurring program at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next scheduled service.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may result in a final service charge for the upcoming scheduled appointment.
- EA Spotless Rides reserves the right to adjust program pricing with 30 days' written notice to the member.
- Program benefits, priority scheduling, and member discounts apply only to active members in good standing.
- Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions at no penalty to the member. EA Spotless Rides will contact the member to arrange an alternative date within the same billing period when possible.
Photography & Media Release
EA Spotless Rides may photograph or record vehicles before, during, or after service for quality assurance and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. Photos will not include identifying personal information such as license plates or home addresses. If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us prior to your appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
EA Spotless Rides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service to any customer at our discretion. Situations that may result in refusal of service include but are not limited to: unsafe working conditions, abusive or threatening behavior, misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition at booking, or repeated policy violations. Any prepaid amounts for refused services will be refunded.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
