Giving us your mobile number does not on its own opt you in, and declining texts never affects your ability to book, to pay, or to use any EA Spotless Rides service.

If you opt in, the messages you receive are transactional and service-related — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and arrival (ETA) notices, invoice or payment alerts, and two-way customer-support conversations. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this consent.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to book by phone or email.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS/telephony provider), and only as needed to send them.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
