What You'll Receive

EA Spotless Rides sends service-related (transactional) text messages to customers who have opted in. These include:

• Booking confirmations when you schedule a service
• Appointment reminders before a scheduled visit
• "Detailer on the way" arrival and ETA updates
• Invoice and payment notifications, which may include a secure payment link on our own domain (easpotlessrides.com)
• Replies to questions you text us about your booking

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.

How Customers Opt In

There are three ways to consent to text messages from EA Spotless Rides. No other opt-in methods are used, and we never add a number that has not opted in.

• On our booking form (the main way) — at easpotlessrides.com/booking-details.html, reached from easpotlessrides.com/book-now.html. An unchecked checkbox sits beneath the contact fields, worded exactly as the one at the top of this page, with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked beside it. The booking submits whether or not it is ticked, and the booking is confirmed either way — consent to texts is never a condition of the service.
• On this page — tick the consent box above and enter your mobile number. This form also submits with the box unticked; doing that signs you up for nothing and tells you so.
• Verbally — when you book by calling (469) 545-0426 or arrange service with our staff in person, we ask whether you'd like text updates, in the exact words set out below. If you say yes, we record that consent on your customer record.

In every case consent is optional, is never pre-selected, and is not a condition of booking or purchase.

Verbal Opt-In: the exact script, and what we record

Before any number is added to text messaging by phone or in person, the staff member asks this, in these words:

“Would you like text updates about this booking from EA Spotless Rides — the confirmation, a reminder before we come, and a heads-up when your detailer is on the way? It’s completely optional and it doesn’t change anything about your booking or your price. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.”

• The number is added only if the customer answers yes. A customer who declines, or who is not asked, is booked in exactly the same way and receives no text messages.
• The staff member then records the consent against that customer in our system. The record stores the moment consent was given (a sms_opt_in_at timestamp) next to the customer’s name and number, so every opted-in number can be traced to when and how it was collected.
• Our automated messaging reads that record directly: a customer whose record does not carry a recorded opt-in is never sent an automated message, and a reply of STOP clears the record immediately.

No other verbal wording is used, and no number is ever added from a call recording, a voicemail, a missed call, or a number given for any other purpose.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and activity. A typical appointment generates a small number of messages — for example a confirmation, a reminder, an arrival notice, and an invoice notification.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. EA Spotless Rides does not charge for text messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email contactus@easpotlessrides.com.
• Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to book services by phone, email, or on our website.

Your Privacy

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS provider), and only as needed to send them.
